My sister, Amy, shares this Young Women's Birthday idea. As a Young Women's Presidency they are delivering a cupcake from Ma Mia's Cupcake Shop and a helium balloon to each of the Young Women on their birthday. Along with the cupcake and balloon they are presenting a card signed by all of the Young Women and Leaders. Who wouldn't like a cupcake on their birthday? YUM!
