Primary Teacher Training Idea - Service Station Refreshment

My sister, Merrilee, filled this bag with an A&W Rootbeer and a snacksize package of cookies. The theme for the Primary Training Meeting was the Primary Service Station. They wanted a treat that you could get at a gas station...but cuter.
