Beehive Messages - Another Driver!

It has been so crazy the past few weeks at our home that I have not had a chance to share with all of you that our son Stockton has turned 15.  Prior to his birthday...I had been super sick with Bronchitis.  Let me just say I am not one how likes being sick nor do I like being in bed all day long for almost a week.  YUCK!  I am so excited for him because he is now old enough to have his driver's permit.  As you can see by the photos he is a happy camper behind the wheel.  I love the picture of his wallet.  You can see that his two favorite places to shop are Target and American Eagle.  I have already had the privilege of riding in the car as the passenger and I must say it is easier going with the second child vs. the first.  I think it's because I've already learned how to hold on for dear life!!!  I'm not kidding...I might look calm on the outside, but I am dying on the inside.  I wish they made an emergency brake on the passenger side just for parents of teenagers.  Stockton is a joy to have in our family and we are so proud of him.  He is a good student and is having a wonderful time in the marching band.  We can't wait until the first band competition next weekend.  I'll keep you posted as to how they perform!

Oh yeah, I can so relate to this one. I have lost more kids to that dratted drivers license. They just keep growing up!! I have an almost 14 year old who is certain that she is ready to drive. Thank goodness I can still say, "Not yet, dear. Not yet".
