Young Women's Camp 2010 - Whistles & Laundry Baskets

Safety is KEY at Girl's Camp.  Each of our campers received a whistle that I purchased through Oriental Trading.  The whistles are used only in case of an emergency.

Camp Laundry Baskets: 
Each Ward received a laundry basket prior to camp beginning.  Inside the basket were zip lock bags with the name of each Young Woman in their ward.  The bags contained their camp t-shirt, camp lanyard, camp whistle, and snack bar tickets.   I have found that this makes registration run very smoothly.  Once everything is emptied out of the basket....they can use it for dirty shoes outside of their cabin or bathroom.
