Primary Music Idea - Irish Hot Potato
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day during Primary Music Time. Create your own Irish Potato with wiggly eyes, ribbon, and a smile. Once created...take it with you on Sunday and play Hot Potato. Arrange with your Primary Pianist the songs that you would like to practice while passing the Irish Potato from one child to the next. If the Primary Pianist stops playing...the child holding the Potato will have to answer a question that you provide that has something to do with the meaning of the song you are singing. Hold on tight...you don't want to be the one holding the VERY HOT IRISH POTATO!!!
