Trip to Wisconsin
Hello Friends of Beehive Messages...
I hope that you didn't think that I forgot about you this week. I thought about all of you like crazy. Unfortunately...I have not had access to my computer until this evening. I traveled to Wisconsin this week with my husband and three year old. Our older children had to stay home for final exams and mid terms. My husband grew up in Wisconsin and the company he works for is located there. He had his yearly review and decided it would be fun for Braden and me to go with him so Braden could see SNOW. Thankfully...there was plenty of COLD SNOW to see. Remember my message a few weeks ago about how cold it was here in Florida? Well...that was nothing compared to the COLD we felt in Wisconsin. I really don't know how you ladies do it up North, in the Mid-West, and out West. BRRRRR!!!! We had a wonderful time playing and having fun. Posted above is a snowball that my son decided to throw at me. Parts of it ended up down my shirt. Boy that was a cold experience. Anyway...I have lots to post and more to share. Missed you all!!!

I grew up in Alaska and transplanted to Oregon in 2004... boy do I miss the snow! I will readily admit though - it's a lot colder in Oregon than it is in Alaska! Something about the humidity factor. I'll take Alaskan cold over Oregon cold any day! Looks like you had fun in WI - and I can't think of a better way to spend time than letting little people throw oversized snowballs at you.
Hi Linda...
Wow! You have lived in some COLD places. I bet Alaska is beautiful. I have always wanted to travel to Alaska. I think Oregon is a neat place to visit with all the trees you have there. We truly did have a ton of fun throwing snow balls. Even though they were more like ICE BALLS instead of SNOW BALLS.
Thanks for your fun comments!!! Enjoy a WARM day!!!
