Animal Parade

DESCRIPTION OF GAME:

Players are arranged in playing area. Explain that each sound identifies a particular animal walk. For example: the bell represents the DOG WALK, the triangle represents the GORILLA WALK, and the tambourine represents the ALLIGATOR WALK. Demonstrate each sound and the accompanying animal walk. Upon hearing the sound, players will move using the appropriate animal walk without body contact with one another. Have a signal that means nothing so that when that signal is given, there should be no movement. If the player moves, they are out.

SUPPLIES:

1. Music
2. Choose three sound makers (such as a tambourine, triangle, bell, whistle, etc…)
